Messaging and consent

We send messages, including SMS text messages, only to people who have provided consent, such as members and the people they serve who have opted in. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase. We do not sell your information, and we do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the network under confidentiality obligations, and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Security and retention

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encryption in transit and at rest and least-privilege access. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
